20 വരെ  എണ്ണാൻ  അറിയില്ല / ................ വരേയുള്ള യുള്ള എല്ലാ സംഖ്യകളും/ ചില   എഴുതാൻ അറിയില്ല .......He has difficulty in place value-units  സ്ഥാനവില ഉപയോഗം പ്രയാസം .കുറക്കാൻ പ്രയാസം , ഹരണം പ്രയാസം ,സങ്കലന പട്ടിക അറിയില്ല ഗുണന പട്ടിക അറിയില്ല ,Sometimes ignores carryover in addition / subtraction  

കൂട്ടു മ്പോഴോ കുറക്കുമ്പോഴോ ,ഫലം   10 ൽ അധികം വരുന്ന സംഖ്യആകുമ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ  10 ൻറെ സ്ഥാനതുള്ള സംഖ്യ  കൂട്ടുവാൻ മറക്കുന്നു / ഈ സ്റ്റെപ്പിൽ ഇടതു വലതു സംശയം വരുന്നു .

There are errors in transferring rough work to fair work.ഒരിടത്തു ചെയ്തത് എടുത്തെഴുതുമ്പോൾ മാറിപ്പോകുന്നു 

11.യുക്തിചിന്താശേഷി  ( Reasoning) : വിഷമതകളുണ്ട് / വിഷമതകളില്ല / കൂടുതൽ വിലയിരുത്തൽ വേണം 

difficulty in analysing the problem- ചോദ്യ കണക്കിന്റെ വിശകലനത്തിൽ പ്രയാസം  Finding the steps in word problems. -ചോദ്യക്കണക്ക് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള വഴി He does not know why to do the steps. Needs to be read out for story sum. 

Needs to be explained for story sum including the operations to use. He fails to check the finding with the required solution . 

In visually /orally   presented problems, he does not write the steps correctly but arrives at the correct answer

താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന മേഖലകളിൽ  കുട്ടിക്ക്  പ്രശ്നമുള്ളതായി കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട് .

.ഇന്നത്തെ പരിശോധനയിൽ കുട്ടി  0 / 1 / 2 / 3  ക്‌ളാസ്സുകളുടെയെങ്കിലും പിന്നാക്കാവസ്ഥ കാണിക്കുന്നു .പ്രത്യേക പഠന വൈകല്യം ( SPECIFIC LEARNING DISABILITY ) :ഉറപ്പാണ് / സാധ്യതയുണ്ട് / കൂടുതൽ വിലയിരുത്തൽ ആവശ്യമുണ്ട് .

The student has no / a  few  problems in memory and discrimination skills in auditory and visual inputs. Inadequate reading and writing skills and rarely behaviour problems if teased in the class or among peers. There are problems in Math computation and reasoning.

Tests shows that there is discrepancy of two classes in the level of achievement and hence presence of Learning disability.

    1)       Provide Visual /Auditory/Kinesthetic/ Tactile  activities in teaching and learning.

    2)       Special practice in sight/......... words and spelling skills...............

            3)       Intervention in writing mechanics, syntax, punctuation, and composition is needed./NOT needed

        4)       In maths, correct use of place value, carry-over, and logical problem solving skills are to be practised./ NOT required

5)       Provide memory techniques to improve working memory and executive skills/ not required

6)       Provide printed notes in big San serif fonts and suitable accommodations in the class room for note taking./ not required.

·         Consult an occupational therapist for correct pen holding and correct posture in writing, if intervention by an expert teacher fails.
