(c).Most children with reading disabilities can not become proficient readers even after intervention or remediation as they can not learn strategies for success in school.

(d).Five essential reading skills are phonemic awareness , phonic skills , vocabulary , reading comprehension , fluency.

(e) .Some of the popular approaches to developing reading and  language skills are linguistic approach ,multi-sensory approach ,neurological impress technique and language experience approach.

(25) Both  phonological awareness ad phonemic awareness mean the ability to hear and manipulate phonemes but their difference is that.........................

(c)  keyborad

(d)  graph paper

(e)  a tape recorder

(29) Read the following statements.

1. Flash cards can be used effectively to teach sight words. Flashcards with single response , flash cards with the direct instruction, flash cards with folding in  ;word list preview and repeated reading  are some practices which can be used to build sight card vocabulary.

2. The clothes procedure is a method to give support to reading comprehension .In this method every fifth to eighth  word in the passage is randomly eliminated .The student is  then required to fill in the missing words .This technique develops reading skills and an understanding of  not only the  word meaning but also of the structure of the language itself.

3. Many problems involving maths are due to the fact that students with dyslexia tend to reverse numbers .Thus 42 becomes  24 and then the entire sum bcomes wrong.

Now which can be a true evaluation of  the above statements. ?
