13. The improvements of the cases 

The doctors emphasise the fact that  slight but steady improvemnt is expected and actully observed in every case.Long term traetment and  support at home is needed for every patient.But there are invidual differences too. Much depends upon the involvement of each parent in the support schedules. in certain cases like ASD /SLD  , resdential education and vocational training is provided .
