The following is  a list f  various departments in ICCONS, Thiruvannathapuram and the professionals avalable for consultation in each department.

This hospital has an advanced physiothearpy unit with  multiple facilities for conitnuous training and treatment,   diagnostics lab service for audiology, electro physiology,neuroendoctrine , neuroradiology and genetic testing.

The  Patient services :ICCONS  has approximately regisered 22000 patients till date.Regular OP  services are available at NUROLOGY and GEN MEDICINE ,AUDIOLOGY / SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY,CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY,PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION UNIT,,

In Patient Serivices : A 40 bedded bystander free inpatient service available for rehabilitation of cognitive and  communicative disorders for children , adults and elderly. 

Nuro intensive care unit for acute phase management has been initiated. the authorities have a plan to increase the bed facility to 100.

All these residential facilities are not available at present due to restictions after the out break of Covid .We were not allowed to visit these apartments for the same reason.

Some of the issues regularly treated here includes difficulties related to

Cerebral Palsy,Polio, Movement disoders in children,SMA,Muscular Dystrophy,Congenital limb anormities in children ,Club foot , Fat foot ,bowlegs and knock knees ,scoliosis at the paedetrics orthpedics and spine clinic.

Training and therapy rooms ,Special education school,Speech science lab,Evoked potential machine for DNA  sudies  and facilities for  for all routine tests for blood, endoctrine and metabolic studies are the  facilites available.

Facilities for ECG,XRAY,CT SCAN, and the provision of issuing CERTIFICATES FOR MEDICAL FITNESS,DISABILTY,LD,HEALTH CERTIFICATES,ENDOSULFAN VICTIM ) are also available here.
