 What is aphasia ? speech disoders due to brain damage

*INCLUDES-  reading disorders,  perceptional disorders due TO brain injuries/ minimal  dysfunction/ damage. / devpl aphasia

*EXCLUDES - learning problems related to all  handicaps motor/visual / audio; mental retardation,emotional disturbanc,envtl disadvantages.

Definition-Specific Learnng Disodrer means a learning disorder in one or more of the BASIC psychological processes involved in understanding or IN using language -written or spoken , THAT may manifst itself IN the imerpfect ability to LSRW ,THINK ,SPELL or to do mathematical calculations  including CONDITIONS SUCH AS  percptUAL disABILITIES and reading disORDER, barin injury,minimal brain dysfuntion and developmental aphasia.

It excludes learning problems which are due primarily to motor ,visual or hearing handicaps and due to mental retardation,emotional disturbance or to environmental disadvavtages.
